Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: • Working as part of the L&D team to proactively manage the learning and training calendar • Tracking and reporting on training based on the key data the L&D team is responsible for and measured on • Supporting the end-to-end event management of face-to-face & virtual / blended learning and training experiences • Interacting with the relevant Learning Management System (LMS) and setting-up Channel Islands-created eLearns and curriculums
